TENTH ANNIVERSARY OF 9/11

As the 10th Anniversary of the senseless murders of 343 Brave members of the FDNY is upon us, the Officers and Members of the Fredericksburg Volunteer Fire Company, continue to hold these "Brothers" in our memories. In our small community, we will hopefully never see the type of devastation that was experienced by the members of the FDNY.

With all of this in mind, we also remember the families of the lost, along with the memories of those that have perished from the ravages of many different diseases that were developed by the rescuers after that tragic day. May they also, never be forgotten.

As a volunteer organization, we work hard every day, to provide the Citizens and Visitors of the City of Fredericksburg, with professional service; the same type of service offered by the members of the FDNY, and all of our Brother Firefighters, career and volunteer.

On September 11, the Officers and Members of the Fredericksburg Volunteer Fire Company, ask that you join us in a moment of silence to remember not only the 343 lost heroes of September 11, 2001, but all of those that were murdered on that fateful day.
